Waghor Aquarium is a marine and freshwater aquarium located within King Mongkut's Memorial Park of Science and Technology, situated approximately 10 kilometers south of Prachuap Khiri Khan city in southern Thailand. Opened in May 1990 in honor of King Rama IV, the facility covers 3,600 square meters of exhibition space and presents a diverse collection of saltwater, brackish water, and freshwater aquatic species. Highlights include a walk-through glass tunnel showcasing a rich underwater world, and displays of rare species such as lionfish and honeycomb moray eels. The surrounding memorial park adds historical and scientific context to the visit, making it a rewarding destination for families, school groups, and nature lovers exploring the Gulf of Thailand coastline. The aquarium is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
