Dai Nam Zoo is a captivating open zoo set within the expansive Dai Nam Van Hien Tourist Complex in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, approximately 30 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. Spanning 12.5 hectares, the zoo is home to more than 600 animals representing 76 species of mammals, birds, and reptiles, several of which are rare in Vietnam, including white tigers, white hippos, white peacocks, rhinos, white lions, elephants, bears, ostriches, zebras, flamingos, parrots, and squirrel monkeys. Animal enclosures are designed to replicate natural habitats as closely as possible, creating an immersive viewing experience throughout the park. Notably, Dai Nam Zoo operates as Vietnam's first night zoo, offering after-hours visits for a uniquely atmospheric encounter with nocturnal wildlife. Its combination of rare species, naturalistic enclosures, and pioneering night zoo experience makes it one of the most distinctive zoological attractions in southern Vietnam.
