Oasis Siberian Tiger is a dedicated wildlife sanctuary located near Kostolná pri Dunaji in the Senec district, just a short drive from Bratislava, Slovakia. Founded in 1999 with the primary mission of protecting the Siberian (Ussurian) tiger from extinction, the sanctuary is home to 22 healthy striped Ussurian tigers (Panthera tigris altaica), all bred in captivity and listed under CITES Category 1 protection. Each tiger is microchipped and DNA-tested, ensuring rigorous welfare standards. Naturalistic habitats have been created to mimic the tigers' native environment, featuring water features, wooden structures, and elevated platforms for play and rest. The sanctuary is open on weekends and public holidays, offering visitors a rare and memorable opportunity to observe these magnificent big cats in a dedicated conservation setting.
