Reptilia in Whitby, Ontario, is one of Canada's largest indoor reptile zoos, occupying over 31,000 square feet of exhibit space at 1400 Victoria Street East. The facility is home to more than 300 species of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and fish, including a 14-foot, 1,200-pound male Nile crocodile named Induna — the largest crocodile in Canada. Visitors enjoy hourly live shows and feedings, self-guided and private tours, and opportunities to touch certain animals under expert guidance. Birthday parties, seasonal camps, and special events make Reptilia a versatile destination for families, school groups, and reptile enthusiasts across the Durham Region and greater Toronto area.
