The Endangered Animal Rescue Sanctuary (EARS) is a nonprofit wildlife sanctuary located in Citra, Florida, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating exotic and endangered animals. Home to over 100 animals including lions, tigers, cougars, primates, and bears, EARS offers small-group guided tours on the first Saturday of each month as well as private tour reservations. Visitors learn the individual stories of each resident animal and gain insight into the ongoing threats posed by the exotic pet trade. The sanctuary places a strong emphasis on conservation education, empowering guests to take meaningful action for wildlife locally and globally. Volunteer opportunities and animal sponsorship programs make EARS an engaging destination for families and animal advocates of all ages.
