Akalla 4H Gård

Akalla 4H Gård is an educational farm situated in the Akalla by area of Kista, nestled alongside Stockholm's beautiful Järvafältet nature reserve. The farm is home to horses, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, cats, and poultry, all kept outdoors in their paddocks throughout the year. Visitors can observe the animals daily, join pony riding sessions, take part in guided tours, and enrol in animal care courses tailored to different age groups. The farm also hosts summer camps, birthday parties, and riding lessons. Beyond the animals, the heritage site features a café, a minigolf course, a playground, and a pottery studio, providing a well-rounded experience for all the family. Akalla 4H Gård promotes youth education through structured membership programmes and courses, making it a vibrant and welcoming community farm that combines agricultural learning with outdoor recreation in the heart of greater Stockholm.
