Albay Park & Wildlife

Albay Park and Wildlife is a five-hectare zoological and recreational park established in 1995 in Barangay Bogtong, Legazpi City, Bicol, Philippines, set at the foot of the scenic 156-meter Ligñon Hill. The park is home to over 450 animals representing nearly 75 species, with the collection spanning 68% avian, 18% mammals, and 14% reptiles. Highlights include Philippine Hawk Eagles, bleeding-heart pigeons, Philippine Deer, tigers, lions, iguanas, reticulated pythons, saltwater crocodiles, peacocks, ostriches, and various species of eagles, pigeons, and pheasants. Beyond its animal exhibits, the park features a man-made lagoon for boating, a butterfly garden, interactive dinosaur installations, and a botanical area with numerous endemic tree and plant species. Conveniently located near the iconic Mayon Volcano, Albay Park and Wildlife makes for a well-rounded family attraction that combines wildlife appreciation and nature exploration in the heart of the Bicol region.
