Axe Valley Wildlife Park

Axe Valley Wildlife Park is a family-friendly animal park set in Kilmington near Axminster, on the edge of the Jurassic Coast in East Devon. The park is home to over 50 incredible species, including meerkats, zebra, flamingos, red pandas, snow leopards, pumas, Barbary macaques, lemurs, otters, snowy owls, birds of prey, giant tortoises, and various reptiles and crocodiles. Daily keeper talks, feeding sessions, and hands-on animal experiences — including lemur, meerkat, reptile, and wallaby encounters for visitors aged seven and over — make for a thoroughly engaging visit. A café and play areas provide additional family-friendly amenities. Particularly well suited to families with children under 12, Axe Valley Wildlife Park offers an intimate and accessible wildlife experience in a beautiful corner of the West Country.
