Bristol Aquarium

Bristol Aquarium is a popular marine attraction located in the heart of Bristol, England, featuring more than forty naturally themed displays home to thousands of aquatic creatures. The highlight Coral Seas exhibit houses a 250,000-litre warm saltwater tank with over fifty tropical species including cownose rays, clownfish, lionfish, and honeycomb moray eels. The Ocean Floor exhibit showcases native British species such as bull huss sharks, European sea bass, lobsters, and octopus, while the Mighty Amazon display introduces freshwater giants including electric eels, piranhas, pacu, and arawana. Uniquely, Bristol Aquarium is the only aquarium in the UK to feature a giant botanical house called the Urban Jungle, filled with hundreds of exotic plants and trees alongside an open-topped rays display.
