Bursa Zoo

Bursa Zoo is a well-regarded municipal zoo located in the Soğanlı neighborhood of the Osmangazi district in Bursa, Turkey. Open since 1998 and covering 20 hectares, the zoo is home to 500 animals from 55 species, organized across mammal, bird, reptile, and fish exhibits. A particularly popular feature is the African savannah habitat, where giraffes, ostriches, zebras, and storks can be observed in spacious free-range conditions. Other residents include lions, baboons, small mammals, and a variety of waterfowl, and a dedicated children's zoo provides an interactive experience for younger visitors. The grounds also include a reproduction of a traditional Turkish village, adding cultural interest to the natural attractions.
