Donkerkloof Safaris is a 3,000-hectare game farm and hunting safari lodge situated between Jagersfontein and Fauresmith in the Xhariep District Municipality of South Africa's Free State, approximately 90 kilometres from Bloemfontein. The property encompasses diverse terrain — plains, savannahs, mountains, and rocky outcrops bordering the Kromelmboog River — and is home to over 30 game species including eland and trophy kudu bulls. The modernised lodge accommodates up to 20 guests in air-conditioned rooms and offers full meal service, a swimming pool, boma, and watering hole. Donkerkloof is primarily a multi-day trophy hunting destination, tailored to individual preferences, with experienced guides overseeing a selective breeding programme to maintain high-quality game genetics throughout the property.
