Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park is a family-friendly attraction set across five acres on Scarborough Road in Filey, North Yorkshire. Established in 2008 and licensed as a zoo since 2017, the park features around 45 exhibits showcasing over 75 different species of birds, mammals, and reptiles. Visitors can encounter exotic birds including macaws, parrots, rheas, and a resident umbrella cockatoo, alongside mammals such as alpacas, miniature ponies, marmosets, and giant rabbits. Several species are available to feed, offering interactive moments for children and adults alike. The grounds include a Formal Bird Garden, a Secret Garden, a Sensory Garden, and an adventure play area with towers, slides, and tunnels, making it an engaging day out for the whole family.
