Kung Krabaen Bay Aquarium is a public aquarium situated within the Kung Krabaen Bay Royal Development Study Centre in Tha Mai District, Chanthaburi Province, Thailand. Built in honour of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 72nd birthday and formally opened in 2002, the facility displays aquatic animals from Kung Krabaen Bay and surrounding coastal waters across 36 tanks, including several large display tanks. Fish are grouped into categories covering economic species, ornamental fish, coral reef inhabitants, and unusual deep-sea forms. The most popular section features a glass tunnel through a large tank where visitors can experience the sensation of being surrounded by schools of fish. Admission is free, and the aquarium is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
