Maldon Promenade Zoo

Maldon Promenade Zoo is Essex's first dedicated zoo, situated within Maldon Promenade Park in the historic town of Maldon. The facility is home to over 70 species of animals, with around 80 percent being rescued and rehomed individuals, reflecting a strong commitment to animal welfare. Visitors can enjoy a range of included activities such as reptile encounters, meerkat feeding sessions, cute and fluffy animal talks, and farm demonstrations. Additional experiences include VIP tours, mini keeper sessions, and specially arranged birthday parties and school visits. The zoo also partners with other local organisations to provide festive animal experiences.
