Mansfield Zoo

Mansfield Zoo is a scenic 30-acre wildlife park set in the rolling hills of North East Victoria, offering sweeping views across the Delatite Valley to Mount Buller. Home to more than 200 native and exotic animals, the zoo features beloved residents including Hobbs the capuchin monkey, Cybil the camel, and the zoo's most famous attractions — Djuma and Matimba, two white lions whose striking pale coats and blue eyes are the result of a rare genetic trait. Daily lion feeding demonstrations, hand-feeding sessions with deer and kangaroos, and regular keeper interactions make every visit engaging and personal. The zoo opened in 2000 and offers family amenities including picnic areas, BBQ facilities, and seasonal overnight camping. Open daily from 10am to 6pm (except Christmas), Mansfield Zoo is a wonderful wildlife destination for families visiting the Victorian High Country.
