Marrick Safari

Marrick Safari is a privately owned 3,000-hectare game reserve set on savannah thornveld 12 km west of Kimberley in the Northern Cape of South Africa. The reserve is distinguished by its dedication to the conservation and breeding of rare antelope species, including Roan, Sable, and Tsessebe, alongside giraffe, diverse bird species, and smaller nocturnal mammals such as aardvarks and black-footed cats. Visitors can explore the reserve through guided game drives in open vehicles, guided walking trails, cycling routes, and thrilling night drives, with purpose-built hides offering outstanding birdwatching and animal viewing opportunities. Accommodation is offered in a restored manor-style guesthouse comprising five elegant bedrooms, as well as four self-catering cottages, each reflecting the warm character of the Northern Cape farmstead.
