The Nature Museum and Sea Aquarium in West-Terschelling is a combined nature and marine attraction on the Wadden island of Terschelling, in the Frisian province of the Netherlands. The nature museum section explores the geological origins of the island, covering tidal dynamics, sand movement, sea currents, and weather, complemented by fossil and shell collections and exhibitions about Wadden Sea seals and migratory bird species. The sea aquarium features tanks ranging from a few hundred to 40,000 liters, with the largest offering 18 square meters of glass through which visitors observe large North Sea fish including cod and short-spined sea scorpion. An open ray pool invites touch encounters with fish. The center has recently transitioned to a new location, with exhibitions continuing at De Tonnenloods from 2026.
