Papanack Park Zoo is a 30-acre wildlife park situated in Wendover, Ontario, approximately 25 minutes from Ottawa, offering visitors close encounters with over 300 birds and animals representing 36 different species. The zoo is home to a remarkable collection including white Bengal tigers, snow leopards, cougars, snow monkeys, white lions, wolves, bears, zebras, kangaroos, and a wide variety of birds and farm animals. Originally opened in 1994 and revitalized under new ownership in 2014 with a conservation focus, the park provides a diverse and engaging wildlife experience in a rural Eastern Ontario setting, welcoming families throughout the warmer months.
