Parc Brochu-Châtigny

Parc Brochu-Chatigny is a community nature park located in Saint-Isidore, in the La Nouvelle-Beauce region of Quebec. Encompassing approximately 38 acres along the scenic banks of the Chaudiere River, the park provides residents and visitors with the only direct public foot and cycling access to this beautiful riverway in the municipality. The park is home to a variety of local wildlife, including birds, small mammals, frogs, and deer, set amid diverse riparian plant communities and natural landscapes. Visitors enjoy an easy 1.2-mile loop trail suitable for hiking, snowshoeing, and running, as well as picnic areas and riverside viewpoints. Formerly an abandoned site that has been thoughtfully restored as a welcoming green space, Parc Brochu-Chatigny offers a peaceful natural retreat where families and nature enthusiasts can connect with the local environment and wildlife throughout the year.
