Tanglewood Farm Miniatures is a heritage and conservation farm located in Canton, Georgia, nestled in the rolling hills of Cherokee County at the foot of the North Georgia Mountains. In operation since 1993, the farm is home to more than 150 rare, heritage, and miniature breed therapy animals including miniature pigs, llamas, yaks, and ponies. Tanglewood was among the first facilities in the United States to introduce many miniature breeds from around the world, developing foundation bloodlines and preserving once-near-extinct breeds. The Tanglewood Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, is dedicated to the education, advocacy, and conservation of rare and heritage domestic animals. Farm tours are offered by appointment, providing a personal and educational experience for individuals and families interested in these remarkable animals.
