Wildlife Survival Sanctuary

Wildlife Survival Sanctuary is a nonprofit exotic animal sanctuary located on ten acres in Spring Hill, Florida, founded in 2000 and operated entirely by a dedicated volunteer staff. The sanctuary provides forever homes to exotic animals in need, with a collection that includes big cats such as tigers, leopards, cougars, and bobcats, as well as lemurs, iguanas, sulcata tortoises, emus, and potbellied pigs. The facility is not open for walk-in visitors but welcomes the public through quarterly open houses and by-appointment guided tours, which last approximately ninety minutes and offer guests an intimate look at the animals and their habitats. All donations and tour fees go directly toward animal care and operational costs. Wildlife Survival Sanctuary serves as a meaningful resource for wildlife education and responsible exotic animal stewardship in Hernando County.
