Wildwood Devon is a wildlife park and conservation charity set within 45 acres of enchanting ancient woodland at Escot Park near Ottery St Mary in Devon. Operated by the Wildwood Trust, one of the UK's leading native wildlife conservation organisations, the park specialises in Britain's most threatened and iconic species, including bears, wolves, lynx, wildcats, wild boar, otters, arctic foxes, owls, birds of prey, and reptiles. Conservation programmes run by the Trust have included the reintroduction of European bison, beavers, hazel dormice, and water voles across the UK. Beyond the animal collection, visitors can enjoy a magnificent maze, a 40-metre zip line, a drop slide, and an authentic Saxon village, making it a rich and educational family day out in the Devon countryside.
