Zoo-Paradise World, situated in Barangay Salngan in Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, Philippines, is a community wildlife attraction established in an ipil-ipil forested area by the late Eleuterio Tropa, a former Catholic priest and environmentalist. The park, sometimes called Spaceship 2000 ET, honors the legacy of its founder, whose personal memorabilia and religious artifacts are on display alongside the living animal collection. Inside the fenced grounds visitors can observe a variety of species including birds of diverse types, reptiles such as crocodiles and snakes, tigers, and monkeys. Children are encouraged to interact with and feed harmless animals like monkeys and fish. Located about 30 minutes from Dumaguete City, the zoo offers an affordable and unique outing that blends wildlife viewing with the intriguing history of its unconventional founder.
